Terms and Conditions

1. Service Description.  We provide seasonal porch decoration services, including the delivery, arrangement, and removal of pumpkins, gourds, and other natural or decorative items (“Decor”). All Decor is arranged based on seasonal themes, the package ordered, and availability.

2. Scheduling & Availability.  Services are available by appointment only and may be subject to availability based on your location and season.  We reserve the right to decline service requests due to weather, safety concerns, or service area limitations.

3. Delivery & Installation.  You agree to provide clear and safe access to the designated installation area (e.g., front porch or entryway).  Standard delivery includes initial drop-off.  Optional add-on services (which may be included in some packages as detailed in the item description) may include decor arrangement and removal.  We are not responsible for theft, damage due to weather, or pest interference after installation is complete.   Each installation is uniquely styled and may differ from photos or previous installations.  While we strive to create visually appealing and high-quality displays, variations in design, color, and arrangement are to be expected due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our creations.  No two installations will be identical, and we appreciate your understanding and enthusiasm for receiving a personalized design. 

4. Payment Terms.   Full payment is required at the time of order placement.  Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, or other approved providers.  Prices are subject to change and do not include applicable taxes or travel surcharges for out-of-area service.   All prices are subject to change without notice and may vary based on location, complexity, and seasonal demand. 

5. Cancellations & Refunds.   All sales are final.   Orders may not be canceled once placed.   No refunds are available after an order has been placed unless service is not rendered due to our error or inability to deliver the order placed.  

6. Use of Natural Materials.  Pumpkins, gourds, and floral elements are organic and subject to natural deterioration over time.  We do not guarantee the lifespan of natural items after installation.   Clients are responsible for monitoring and discarding items if needed after installation. 

7. Customer Responsibilities.   Clients must ensure a safe installation environment and are responsible for maintaining the decor once it is installed.  You agree not to move or alter decor in a way that may result in injury, property damage, or aesthetic loss.  You are responsible for pets, children, or guests interacting with the decor and for safeguarding the decor from pets, children, or guests.

8. Liability Waiver.  We are not liable for: (i) any injury resulting from decor installation or interaction with decor elements, (ii) damage to property caused by placement of items, or (iii) theft, vandalism, weather-related loss, or pest activity following installation.

9. Intellectual Property.  All designs, photographs, branding, and custom arrangements are the intellectual property of Greet & Gather Design Co. LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.

11. Changes to Terms.  We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
